1. Who we are
Rynn (“we”) operates rynnhq.com and the Rynn application. Contact: hello@rynnhq.com.
2. What we collect
- Account data:name, email, company, billing details (payment processing is handled by our payment processor; we don’t store card numbers).
- Configuration data: your brand, keywords, tracked queries, voice preferences.
- Public-web data: mentions, threads, search results, and AI-engine responses related to the queries you track. This is publicly available information; we collect it to deliver the product.
- Usage data: product analytics (pages, actions, performance) and site analytics on rynnhq.com.
3. What we don’t collect
We don’t ask for and don’t store your social account credentials. We don’t access your customer lists, CRM, or internal analytics. Our self-serve product is designed so that posting happens in your browser, under your control, without granting us account access.
4. How we use data
To operate and improve the service, to send transactional and (with consent) marketing email, and to meet legal obligations. We don’t sell personal data.
5. Sharing
Service providers under contract (hosting, payment processing, email, analytics), and legal compulsion. No third-party ad networks on the product.
6. Retention & deletion
Account data is retained while your account is active. You can export your data from settings and request full deletion at hello@rynnhq.com; deletion completes within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Your rights
Access, correction, export, deletion, and objection rights per applicable law (GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA as applicable).
