Refund & Cancellation
No annual lock-in on either plan. Scout cancels anytime; The Pack puts money behind the wins it guarantees.
Scout — cancel anytime
Scout (Lite $99/mo and Scout $199/mo) is billed monthly with no contract. Cancel whenever you like from your account settings or by emailing us — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep access through the period you’ve paid for. We don’t pro-rate partial months, and we don’t bill you again after you cancel.
The Pack — wins guarantees, refundable if missed
The Pack is priced on wins, not effort. Each plan carries a monthly wins floor that’s set in your order form. If we miss that floor in a given month, you choose how we make it right:
- 50% of that month’s fee back in cash, or
- 70% as credit toward the next month — your choice.
The election is yours, not ours. Refund or credit elections are made within 30 days of the missed month’s end. The guarantee is in the contract, not in the marketing.
The Pack — onboarding & notice
The Pack starts with a 90-day onboarding ramp (real visibility compounds; it doesn’t spike). After that, everything is month-to-month with 30 days’ notice. The wins guarantees apply once your dedicated presence is mature — typically from month two or three, which we say up front because honest lead time protects the relationship.
