Terms of Service
Last updated when this page publishes.
1. The service
Rynn provides brand-visibility software and services: demand-signal tracking, editorial placements, drafted engagement, and visibility measurement, under the plan you select (Scout or The Pack).
2. Plans, billing, cancellation
- Scout: Lite $99/mo or Scout $199/mo, billed monthly, cancel anytime effective end of cycle.
- The Pack:90-day onboarding commitment, then month-to-month with 30 days’ notice, per your order form.
- Prices may change with 30 days’ notice; never mid-commitment.
3. Wins guarantees and refunds (The Pack)
Win definitions, monthly floors, and the refund/credit election (50% cash or 70% credit for a missed floor) are specified in your order form, consistent with the published offering. Refund elections must be made within 30 days of the missed month’s end.
4. Customer responsibilities
- You own your accounts. Self-serve engagement is posted by you, from your accounts, at your discretion; you’re responsible for complying with each platform’s rules when you post.
- You warrant that information you provide about your brand and products is accurate — our editorial standards depend on it.
- You will not request undisclosed placements or attempt to influence editorial rankings; such requests may be refused and repeated requests are grounds for termination.
5. Editorial independence
Placement purchases inclusion and fair coverage, never editorial position. Rynn (and the publications it works with) retains final editorial control, including disclosure language, comparative rankings, and the inclusion of non-paying brands.
6. Intellectual property
You grant us a license to use your brand assets to deliver the service. Content we produce and publish on third-party-facing publications remains the publication’s; your configuration and data remain yours.
7. Disclaimers & liability
Visibility outcomes outside contractual guarantees (e.g., specific AI-engine behavior, platform algorithm changes) are not warranted. Liability cap and standard disclaimers per counsel.
8. Termination, governing law, the rest
Standard clauses per counsel; governing jurisdiction is set with entity formation.
